Teach Me

Today's reading: Psalm 25:1-22

Psalm 25 is a favorite of mine. I turn to it frequently, using it as a model for my talks with God and also as a reminder that God is personal and desires to interact and have a relationship with me. David knew this too. Did you see how he asks God a number of times to "teach" him and "lead" him?

"Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation..." (vs.5-6).

When was the last time you made it a point to ask God to teach you from His Word? Why is this important? How has God responded when you've asked Him to show you His truth? Tami

I am old,but I have just learn something fresh again from your teaching!

I need to begin to pray to the Lord to "teach me from His Word!"

I would like to welcome others to share their experience or join me with starting fresh ask the Lord to teach us from His Word!

Thanks,Tami great Bible study!

God does teach me from His word. I wait for insight, and it comes, but I find I need to be patient, humble, and willing.
