All Powerful God

| | Comments (2)

Today's reading: Psalm 2:1-12

We get a good picture of God and His control of all things in Psalm 2. I was particularly drawn to the final verses and the call to serve the Lord with reverence, respect and awe because He alone is the all-powerful, mighty God.

What was one thing about God that stood out to you from Psalm 2? How do you show respect and reverence to God in your day-to-day living? Tami

As I read vs.7-9 I see God as a 'Giver'. He is the giver of His power, authority and all the blessings to His children.

The control God has over this world stood out to me. Despite the sinful rebellion of men, He is still on the throne. I seek to reverence God by striving to honor Him in my words and actions.
