Energized for God

Today's reading: Psalm 108:1-13

As I took in the beginning verses of Psalm 108, I could almost feel the enthusiasm and energy of David as he recognizes God for who He is and praises Him. The most telling phrase to me was in verse two where David, I believe shouts, "I will awake the dawn!" The more I read, the more excited I became about proclaiming God and His works today.

So what about you? Did you have the same energizing experience when you read Psalm 108 today? How can and will you proclaim God and His steadfast love this weekend? Tami

Verse 13 is encouraging. With God's help, we truly can do mighty things! I will seek to live in His strength, and thus be a testimony to His unfailing love.
