There's no such thing as a cover up when it comes to God. Every time I read the account of the woman at the well, I laugh (just a little) when I get to verses 16-19 because this woman is no different than us. Seriously. No matter how old we get or how many lessons we experience along the way, we still make mistakes and do things we aren't proud of. What happens next? Well, the less people who know about it, the better. So we definitely don't talk about it and if we can, we try to cover it up or brush it under the rug.
While that strategy may work with friends and family, it doesn't work at all with God. Let me say AMEN to that!!! It's a good thing that God sees and knows our every thought and action. Why is that? How does being aware that God knows it all impact our lives? Tami W.

When I think that God knows me, my heart, my family and friends; that He knows everything about me it shows how much He loves us to do this marvellous thing for us. He has promised never to leave us or forsake us, so He wants to know so that He can speak to us when we falter, even though we may not truly know Him. God plans everything and He is so detailed, we can only love Him for His protection and guidance. Remember also, that He needs to know for that great day of judgement when He returns. So even though it may seem difficult I just have to keep in His Word because He will strenthen me.
Knowing God is there, just makes me want to learn more and more about Him and this is why I read His Word that He has so carefully and lovingly made available for us. Taking advantage of Back to the Bible devotions and studies and Powered by Four help me tremendously and all I can do is to give Him praise and thanks and thank Him for all thesse persons who provide the additional inspiration.
God bless you all.

I just listened to a wonderful sermon by Keith Daniels that falls in line of what is being discussed.
On sermonindex.net he states that God is watching us because He is holy and He wants all those who love Him to be holy 1 pet 1:15.
This is a very important sermon to listen to in this present age in which we live in.

Just like Jonah, we can't hide from God. To me that is a very comforting thing. God knows us even better than we know ourselves.
God never leaves us now forsakes us. Hurray!!
