Judgment seat and great white throne. Did you know that there are two judgments in the future? One is the judgment seat of Christ and the other that we read about here in Revelation 20 is the great white throne judgment. So how much do we know about these judgments? I'm guessing responses will vary so I thought it would be helpful to look at part of a paragraph from Dr. Kroll's book "Facing Your Final Job Review: The Judgment Seat of Christ, Salvation and Eternal Rewards." See below for a brief comparison between the two judgments.
"One judgment will be glorious [judgment seat of Christ]; the other will be horrific [great white throne]. One will open eons of eternity in heaven; the other will open eons of eternity in hell. One brings reward; the other brings punishment. At the judgment seat of Christ, the RSVP is only for people of faith, those who have trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior. At the great white throne judgment, only unbelievers, those who have rejected Jesus, will be ordered to appear."
So there you have it. The more I read about and consider these two future events, I find myself being motivated in several different ways. What about you? Tami W.
P.S. If you want more information on this important topic, check out Facing Your Final Job Review and the corresponding CD or DVD series by the same title.

I feel motivated to choose Christ more not because of the judgments but because he is the one with the brighter path... I encourages me to tell more people about his saving power so that my friends family and other people that I see reject Christ sometimes on a daily bases so that they will know who he is and what he can do for them even after this earth has come to and END!
Christ said he has come to seek and save those who are lost.
Yes Tami, I am motivated to keep in His Word by reading the Bible, worshipping and praising Him. Be faithful, live in hope and obey our Lord and Saviour. Yes, I might fall but He will be right there to pick me back up.
There are some very inspiring devotions on Back to the Bible that can lift our spirit. I have shared some of them with friends and family and they always arrive at the right time in their lives. A few persons have thanked me for sending them. Of course, we must pray without ceasing. Let us also pray for Dr. Kroll, Tami, Back to the Bible and the staff and all other persons who teach and preach God's Word. BTTB you are doing a wwonderful job because everything that is taught comes straight from the Bible.
Pray also for our friends, our family and our nation.
May God bless us all and continue to guide, lead, protect and provide for us. Keep the faith!
Thanks, Joan, for your words of encouragement and your prayers for all of us here at BttB. We appreciate them! Tami W.
